    1.1 Privacy policy applies to the Users of the Coop Hotel website. Our company processes your personal information only to provide you with services (conference room rental, spa treatments, table reservation or newsletter subscription). We do not transmit, sell or disclose your data to third parties without your prior consent unless this is required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Data collection<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    Data collection upon filling conference\/spa service forms
    1.2 Data provided by the Clients on conference\/spa service forms is categorised as either required or optional information.
    1.3 Clients are required to provide the following information:
    1.3.1 Name \u2015 required to complete and confirm bookings;
    1.3.2 Email address \u2015 required to complete and confirm bookings and, if necessary, to submit invoices;
    1.3.3 Phone number \u2015 required to complete and confirm bookings and to provide the service, incl. notification of any service disruptions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Data collection upon newsletter subscriptions<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    1.4 Clients are required to provide the following information:
    1.4.1 Email address \u2013 required for newsletter subscription.
    1.5. The client gives his or her consent to use his or her contact data for the purposes of direct marketing, meaning that he or she is sent direct marketing-related communication by using his or her contact information.
    1.6. Clients can at any time opt out of such communication. Opt out instructions are provided with all commercial communication.
    1.7. The authorized controller of the Client\u2019s data is Coop Hotel, located at Suur 11, J\u00f5geva, 48306, Estonia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Data storage period<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    1.8. Coop Hotel shall store the data for as long as it is needed to achieve the purpose of the use of data or when the statutory limitation period is over and the document storage period provided by law has come to an end (seven years as set out in the Value Added Tax Act and Accounting Act).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Client\u2019s rights regarding use of data<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    1.9. The Subscriber has the right to receive information from Coop Hotel about the use of their data pursuant to the procedure and extent provided for in legislation;
    1.10. the Subscriber has the right to ask Coop Hotel to stop using their data and to correct, close or delete their data;
    1.11. the Subscriber has the right to agree to or forbid the use of their data for direct marketing or commercial purposes;
    1.12. the Subscriber has the right to turn to the Data Protection Inspectorate and court to protect their rights.
